Zarlish does not offer any exchange or return on sale items.
All products purchased from our website can be exchanged within 7 days only if:

The exchange request is made within the stated time frame.

The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

The received product(s) differ from the original order.

Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, or original packing.
In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 7 days of the original order date.
Please email pictures of the defective item to info@zarlish.pk or call us at 0300-4132809 within 7 days after order delivery to raise a dispute. Zarlish will review each dispute on an individual basis and make every effort to be fair to both parties.
Once we receive the item, our team will review the damage. After the dispute is settled fairly, we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it to the buyer’s address.
In case of exchange, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained.

Wedding Wear and Couture dresses cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

Luxury Fabrics once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order Cancellation – Zarlish
Zarlish does not offer a refund or money back guarantee on sale items.
Customers paying via Credit Card or Bank Transfer may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. The order amount will not be refunded. Instead, a coupon of the same value will be provided that can be used to purchase from Zarlish within the next 60 days.
Zarlish may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons include:

Damage found during quality check.

Technical error.

Credit card or bank payment is declined.
We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
