1. What is the delivery time?
We provide shipping across Pakistan through PostEx. Deliveries typically take 5–7 business days. Bridal wear delivery times are determined based on your requirements and the season.
2. What if the product color varies?
While we strive for accurate color representation, slight variances may occur due to photographic processing. Zarlish does not accept responsibility for these minor differences.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped.
4. Can I amend my order?
Amendments can be suggested within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes after 24 hours may incur additional charges.
5. Can I return the product?
We do not accept returns for online orders.
6. What is the exchange policy?
Exchanges can be made within 7 days of purchase at the nearest Zarlish store, along with the original receipt and after obtaining approval via info@zarlish.pk.
7. How can I track my order?
Upon dispatch, a Tracking ID will be sent via email and SMS. You can track your order on the PostEx website using this ID.
8. What if my merchandise does not fit?
You can exchange your purchase at the nearest Zarlish store within 7 days of delivery, with the invoice.
9. What if my merchandise is damaged?
If your item is damaged, we will arrange an exchange within 7 days of purchase after verification.
10. How can I make a payment?
Payment options include Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, and Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, American Express, etc.).
