Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
Exchange & Disputes
In case of any dispute, all products purchased from our website can be exchanged within 7 days only, provided that:

The exchange request is made within the stated time frame.

The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

The received product(s) differ from the original order.

Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, or original packaging.
If products are found damaged or missing, images of the outer packaging must be shared via email at info@zarlish.pk as evidence before discarding the packaging.
Please email pictures of the defective item to info@zarlish.pk or call us at 0300-4132809 within 7 days after order delivery to raise a dispute. Zarlish will review each dispute individually and make every effort to be fair to both parties. Once the dispute is settled, we will either issue a replacement of equal value (as per the invoice) or provide a coupon of the same value to be used for purchases within the next 60 days.

Customer Responsibility

The buyer/customer/order maker is fully responsible for all purchases made in good faith and confirms that no false activity or fraudulent intent is involved.

The buyer is solely responsible for all selections made (articles/dresses/products).
Marketing & Communication
Zarlish may share marketing offers such as newsletters, promotional catalogues, and updates (e.g., your email address, wish lists, name, and postal address).
We may also create your personal account at zarlish.pk (e.g., your name, contact number, and email address).
Our team may contact you in the event of any issue with the delivery of your order (via your telephone number or address).
Zarlish may disclose your data to fraud prevention agencies when necessary.
We may validate that you are of legal age for online shopping before processing your order.
Payments
We accept payments online through Bank Transfer, Visa, and MasterCard Credit/Debit Cards in PKR (or any other agreed currency).
For online payments, the details you submit are provided directly to our payment provider via a secure encrypted connection.
